From Awareness to Action
WAMCO - World Alliance Mission & Crisis Operation - is a humanitarian initiative founded by Alexus Tusant, whose deep interest in true crime transformed into a global movement for change. What began as empathy for victims’ stories evolved into a mission: to prevent future tragedies through strategy, intervention, and awareness.
True crime opened Alexus’s eyes to a devastating reality - that many lives lost to violence might have been saved if rapid, strategic response systems existed. WAMCO was built to be that missing link - the humanitarian fixer that steps in when bureaucracy stalls and justice hesitates.

A Global Crisis Ignored Too Long
Violence against women and children is not isolated. It is widespread, organized, and escalating in digital spaces where hatred thrives. One of the clearest examples is the rise of incel and misogynistic women-hate communities.
Incels, meaning involuntary celibates, are online groups of mostly men whose frustration has evolved into echo chambers that normalize misogyny and often praise violence. Studies show that on dedicated incel forums, rape is mentioned every 29 minutes, and conversations are steadily shifting toward paedophilia and sexual exploitation.
Even more disturbing, investigators uncovered Telegram abuse networks with around 70,000 men sharing graphic rape content, coercion tutorials, and discussions about harming women. That is only the known number. If seventy thousand men can be identified, imagine the scale of the hidden networks we cannot trace, the private servers, encrypted channels, and unmonitored spaces where the real danger grows.
In the global context, the crisis is undeniable. In several regions, homicide is the leading cause of death for pregnant women. One in three women worldwide will experience physical or sexual violence in her lifetime. Children in unstable environments face significantly higher risks of trafficking and assault. This is not a regional issue. This is not an internet trend. This is a global emergency.
If anyone doubts the severity, WAMCO encourages them to do their own research. The facts, the forums, and the stories are publicly available, and they are far more disturbing than most people realize.
Strategic Intervention, Not Emergency Response
WAMCO is not an emergency hotline - we are a strategic crisis-response organization.
-
Tier 1 cases go to our admin and advisory team to identify rapid-response resources: legal escalation, relocation support, mental health care with help from our strategic partners.
-
Tier 2 cases require higher-level intervention: tactical teams, extraction specialists, seasoned military personnel when legal systems have stalled.
-
WAMCO is an option only after authorities have been involved. If law enforcement and emergency services are already engaged and moving too slowly, that’s when WAMCO steps in.
